Executive Coaching

I help purpose-driven founders, CEOs, and executive teams step up and lead so they can powerfully, authentically, and sustainably propel their business forward.
Work with me to dream BIG and accomplish the incredible—for you, your team, your business, and your world.
Â
Who we work with
✔️ Founders and senior leaders at scaling or struggling companies and purpose-driven small-to-medium sized businesses and nonprofits. I sometimes also work with executives of high-growth organizations inside of larger tech companies.
✔️ Trailblazers who don’t follow the rules—they make the rules. While they know that there is no blueprint or roadmap for success— they also crave more structure and accountability towards accomplishing the seemingly impossible.
✔️ Brilliant, creative, outside-the-box problem-solvers, thinkers, and doers. While this is usually an asset, it must be managed and used for good.
✔️ People who are mission-driven will stop at nothing to get the job done…and are also teetering on burnout and know they need to work smarter, not harder.
✔️ Idealists who are ready to be the change they want to see in the world.

How this works
Each engagement is bespoke and unique to each individual executive or organization. This can include narrative 360 interviews, vision, journey, and plan development, personal workshops and retreats, full access via email or text, as-needed coaching via Zoom or in person, and on-site or remote shadowing and observation.
Team coaching, workshops, and retreats are additional options we can explore.
Executive coaching engagements can run upwards of $15k/mo, or be as small as $5K/mo, depending on scope, company stage and size, intended business impact, and the extent to which stakeholders, team members, boards, or investors are engaged/involved.Â
Note: If your your organization is not sponsoring, invested in, or paying me directly for coaching, private coaching is a better option we can explore (work can still reimburse you, but you would be my client, not your company).

Dave
Cory and Aaron met me with openness. They built on my experiences, sharing their own successes and lessons learned both from full time roles and past client engagements that landed very well with me. We very quickly developed a good rapport as a trio, and it was easy to see that continue inside the company.
Second, I thought the proposal was a perfect size and approach. It provided immediate value to both me and the company while laying the groundwork for a long term partnership.
Last, I believe the approach of treating the organization itself as the “product” is refreshing and would likely be very successful.
They created a plan to help us accelerate the newly reformed team coming together, pick up the pieces and get back to productivity post restructuring. Medium term, their support would be a natural fit in aligning our 2026 planning and objective setting.
Fast forward a couple of years, I could see their involvement helping return the company (Product, Design, and Engineering teams) to growth. For me and my PMs, it represented an opportunity to continue developing our careers while delivering outstanding results to both our investors and marketplace.
