How this works

Each engagement is bespoke and unique to each individual and organization. This can include Identity, values, and vision development, strategic planning and execution, 360 interviews, personal workshops and retreats, full access via email or text, as-needed coaching via Zoom or in person, and on-site or remote shadowing and observation.

Team coaching, workshops, and retreats are additional options we can explore.

Founder coaching engagements can run upwards of $15k/mo, or be as small as $5K/mo, depending on scope, business stage and size, intended business impact, and the extent to which stakeholders, team members, boards, or investors are engaged/involved.

If funding is an issue, private coaching might be a better option that we can explore.
